Well, this didn't come out nearly as well as I'd hoped. Proof, I guess, that you can't take a six month break from art and expect to come back smelling like roses. I really tried, but I just don't feel like I could get the colors right, and I feel like the Griffin doesn't really give a 'swooping' feel, it looks more stagnant.
Anyway, this is Sooz and the Griffin from "Two Hearts", the sequel to the Last Unicorn. Both are by Peter S. Beagle.
